Holly Quinn was married three times. When she first got wed was with Danny Quinn. They got married in 1991, but two years later, they divorced. Jim Carrey met her in 1994 at an Ace Ventura Pet Detective auditions. While she did not receive the role of Ace Ventura the Pet Detective, they formed bonds while working on Dumb and Dumber. Holly, Grant and their families each created the A Fund in 1992 at Hobart & William Smith Colleges to honor her brother Alexander. Holly described him as an "boy who was full of dreams, plans and hopes". Alaina Suddeth, born September 8, 1994, at Rossville Georgia with Kristy Suddeth, along with J. J. Suddeth. Alaina's father is a Chattanooga-based technician. She began singing when she was three. The first time she performed before an audience was at a local kid singing group. Her next public appearances included an annual Christmas destination with the option of karaoke. She sang anywhere in a 30 mile radius, which included church services, at restaurants and other family occasions. 2][failed verification] When she was 8years old, Alaina took part in the talent contest of the Southern Stars Pageant and won. She was then selected to sing on the Kids Talent stage at Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. The stage was a constant performance until she was 12 years old. She then won an award that gave her to perform at the stage of the Riverbend Festival. At the age of 10 years old, she went to Orlando for the American Model and Talent Competition. She won more than 1500 kids during the contest. Alaina sang as part of Georgia Country Gospel Association's children's group. Alaina was 12 when she was the first to make one of her many visits to Nashville. She performed at Tootsie's as well as other bars in Broadway. Alaina is the 2009 winner of Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park's WinniSTAR young talent contest. Alaina was in awe of singing by her sister, Holly Witherow, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor.
